This company stood out from the start due to their technical knowledge and professionalism. We felt we could trust Fraser Ross to carry out a first class job and also help us to fully understand and operate our new system. We were definitely right to choose this installer as the advice given and the workmanship was fantastic. Only the very best components and equipment were used and the house was tidy when the job was completed. Both Fraser and Lewis were reliable and a very professional installation was carried out. Following the installation Fraser has been in touch and called in again to make sure we know exactly how to operate the system. First class workmanship and customer service all round. I would highly recommended this company.

This company and its owner Fraser done a great job and workmanship to a very high standard.
He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of heating systems. He is very helpful with anything you need to know about your system. The ground source heat pump works well and came with a seven year guarantee.

Very friendly and helpful Installer with a great deal of knowledge of the system and how it can work for us.
Hard to believe that furniture was moved and floors lifted most days as we came home to a tidy house with no signs of disturbance. Cleaned up and hoovered every day and explained all that was going on as and when it took place.
